About Me
I am a neurodivergent affirming Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and ADHD Certified Clinical Service Provider. For almost two decades, I have been working with and supporting neurodivergent teens, adults, and their parents through life’s transitions. I work with my clients to understand their experience, areas they would like to focus on, and collaborate to address these issues with an approach that’s every bit as unique as they are.
I have worked extensively with autistic clients and individuals diagnosed with ADHD, focusing on topics related to anxiety, depression, sexuality, self-esteem, life transitions, workplace conflict, relationships, parenting, social skills, and executive functioning.
With a judgment-free, strengths-based approach, I seek to foster happiness and confidence, supporting each person as an individual finding their own path. I believe that differently wired minds are what create progress, innovation, and enrich our world.

Coaching & Counseling Services
I support neurodivergent individuals, as well as parents and caregivers of neurodivergent individuals, at all stages of life. My services include social coaching, parent coaching, mental health counseling, and consultation.
Social Coaching
This support is intended to provide guidance to neurodivergent individuals in any interpersonal aspect of life—in everyday situations, specific milestones, and even life’s biggest moments.
Coaching for Parents
Coaching specifically designed to encourage, validate, and empower parents and caregivers of neurodivergent individuals at any life stage. Involvement evolves over time—and with these transitions, children, even adult children, need support to adapt and thrive.
Mental Health Counseling
You deserve a safe space to be seen, heard, and supported. As a psychotherapist, I pull from a variety of approaches, including CBT-informed strategies, psychodynamic theory, person-centered, and strengths-based.
Consultation & Training
Collaboration, education, and support are key components to success for individuals and organizations. I have spent years creating, developing, and implementing neurodiversity and mental health-focused curriculum and psycho-educational content in school settings, clinics, and diverse workplaces.
